Ingredients
2 lbs cooked chicken breasts
1 onion, chopped
2 carrots, roughly chopped
2 cloves of crushed garlic
1 tsp minced ginger
4 tsp curry powder
1 cup crushed tomatoes
4 cups chicken stock
1 cup lentils
salt and pepper

Add your chicken, onion, garlic, carrots, ginger, and curry powder to a pot and cook until tender.

Add stock and tomatoes.

Add lentils.

Reduce heat to low and allow to simmer until your lentils are soft.
