Ingredients
1 rotisserie chicken
1 smashed avocado
⅓ cup dried cranberries
1 diced apple
⅓ cup chopped walnuts
½ cup greek yogurt
juice of 1 lemon
⅓ cup mayo
salt and pepper

Pick all of the meat off of the chicken and shred well.

Mix mayo, avocado, yogurt, lemon juice, salt and pepper and pour over chicken.

Add other ingredients and mix well.

Chill in the fridge.
Great served on whole wheat crackers, cucumber slices or in a wheat wrap!
