Ingredients

4 large yellow onions (sliced VERY thin)
1 Box Beef Bone Broth (20 oz)
1 packet of Brown Gravy Mix
½ tsp steak seasoning
tsp dried thyme
1 tsp minced garlic
2 beef broth cubes
1 cup water
1 tsp olive oil or butter

Directions

Add your butter, sliced onions, garlic, thyme, and steak seasoning to a hot pan.

Cook your onions until they are golden and carmalized.

Add broth and scrape up any brown bits in the bottom of the pan.

Dissolve 2 broth cubes and gravy packet in the 1 cup of hot water. Add it to the pan.

Cook on low for about 30 minutes to let the flavors develop.

Blend the soup until it is completley smooth in a blender or Ninja.
