4 catfish filets
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
½ tsp onion powder

Mix all spices in a bowl

Dry your catfish well

Coat in the mixed spices

Get your pan very hot

Add a small amount of olive oil

Sear both sides of your fish until it is slightly blackened, and firm in the middle.
