Ingredients

12 eggs
3 slices of cooked bacon
1 chopped roma tomato
2 leaves of chopped romaine
¼ cup greek yogurt
¼ cup light mayo
2 tbsp mustard
3 tsp chopped dill pickles
black pepper

Directions

Boil, peal and half your eggs (except 2 eggs, finely chop them into the filling).

Scoop the yellows out and mix with yogurt, mayo, mustard, pickles and pepper. Thin with pickle juice if needed.

Top with bacon, lettuce and tomato.

Keep in the fridge!
