Ingredients

8 oz frozen riced cauliflower
8 oz broccoli (chopped very finely)
1 egg
½ cup blanched almond flour
¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper

Directions

Cook your cauliflower and broccoli in the microwave for 6 minutes and allow it to cool.

Preheat the oven to 425F.

Place your veggies in a kitchen towel and
squeeze all of the water out.

Then mix it with the remaining ingredients.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Form the mixture into 12 tot shapes and bake for 14 minutes.
