4 large, cleaned portobello mushrooms
1 cup fresh mozzarella balls
1 cup baby tomatoes
¼ cup balsamic vinaigrette
2 tsp chopped fresh basil
Salt and pepper

Mix your cheese, tomatoes, balsamic, basil, salt and pepper and fill the mushrooms with the mixture.

Bake them at 375F for 15 minutes.
