16 oz diced chicken breast
1 bag of frozen riced cauliflower
1 cup broccoli florets
1 diced onion
1 cup mushrooms
1 diced red pepper
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 cup cheddar cheese

Saute your chicken in a pan with some olive oil.

Prepare your rice according to the package instructions.

Mix you meat, vegetables, chicken and soup well.

Place it in a casserole dish and cover with the cheddar cheese.

Bake on 350F for 35 minutes.
