4 Portobello Mushrooms
16 oz boneless chicken breast (cooked and diced)
¼ cup light ranch dressing
2 tsp hot sauce
1 diced onion
2 cloves of minced garlic
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
green onions
Directions

Clean and stem your mushrooms, removing all the dark insides.

Sauté your onion and garlic together and add you chicken.

Stir in your dressing and hot sauce.

Fill the mushrooms and top with the remaining cheese.

Bake at 350F for 18 to 20 minutes. Garnish with green onions.
