Have you heard about Crack Slaw? It is all the rage nowadays! Basically it's just the insides of an egg roll, without the frying or extra carbs of the wrapper. Give it a try! You're sure to become addicted.

Ingredients

1 lb ground turkey
2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 green onions, diced
14 oz coleslaw mix (if you don't want the carrots, use angel hair coleslaw or just shred a head of cabbage)
2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
½ tsp sriracha sauce
1 packet Splenda
½ tsp ginger paste
1 tsp vinegar

Directions

Brown ground turkey and season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from pan and set aside.

Heat up sesame oil; sauté garlic, onions, and coleslaw in the hot oil until the cabbage is cooked to the desired tenderness.

Stir in the soy sauce, Sriracha, Splenda, ginger and vinegar.

Add the ground turkey, mix well and serve!
