Cube and season beef and bison with salt, pepper, rosemary, and thyme.
Brown in a stock pot.
Remove and drain on a paper towel once brown.
Sautee sweet potatoes and butternut squash in the stock pot you removed the meat from sprinkle rosemary and thyme.
Add onions sautee until soft add minced garlic and sautee for 30 seconds.
Add back in beef and bison and stir.
Add the beef stock and tomatoes along with salt, pepper, and a little more rosemary and thyme.
Simmer until vegetables are soft. Enjoy!
