1 lb. radishes
½ onion, diced
1 tsp. minced garlic
salt and pepper
olive oil

Cut your radishes and potatoes into small pieces.

Add oil to a hot pan and seer the radishes until they are golden brown and soft.

Season with salt and pepper.
