Ingredients

1 lb. sirloin steak, sliced thin against the grain
1 green and 1 red bell pepper, sliced
4 thinly sliced cloves of garlic
2 tbsp soy sauce
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp onion powder
2 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp cornstarch
2 oz water (dissolve the cornstarch in)
cup worcestershire sauce

Directions

Sear your meat well until done and remove from the pan.

Sear your veggies well and remove from the pan.

Add all sauce ingredients and allow them to cook until the sauce is thick and bubbly.

Mix the meat, veggies and sauce together and serve.
