16 oz. salmon
salt
pepper
1 lemon

Cut your salmon into 4 portions.

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.

Season salmon with salt and pepper. Place salmon, skin side down, on a non-stick baking sheet or in a non-stick pan.

Slice the lemon thinly and place on top of the salmon.

Cook until salmon is cooked through, about 13 to 20 minutes.
