Ingredients
4 eggs
2 cups shredded mozzarella
1 lb lean ground beef
1 diced onion
1 ½ cups low sugar marina sauce

Make your ragu out of your meat, veggies and sauce.

Beat your eggs (1 at a time) and swirl them around a pan.

Making a flat noodle shape, kind of like you are making a crepe.

Layer the eggs with the meat, sauce and cheese in a lasagna style.

Bake on 350 for 30 minutes.
