Ingredients

2 scoops chocolate protein powder
½ cup natural peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
¾ cup oats
2 tsp honey alternative
2 oz melted sugar free chocolate chips
1 oz melted white chocolate

Directions

Warm your pb and dark chocolate in the microwave until melted.

Add your oats, protein, vanilla, and truvia and mix well.

Press your mixture onto a parchment lined cookie sheet.

Drizzle with melted white chocolate and sprinkle on a few dark chocolate chips.

Slice into 16 bars and allow them to set up for an hour in the refrigerator.
