Ingredients

2 scoops unflavored protein powder
1 diced onion
2 large cans of diced tomatoes
6 basil leaves
2 cups chicken stock
½ cup plain greek yogurt
3 cloves of minced garlic
½ tsp salt
1 tsp olive oil
½ tsp pepper

Directions

Soften your onions and garlic in pan with the olive oil.

Add the remaining ingredients (except protein), stir well and allow to simmer for 15 minutes.

Pour soup into a blender, add protein, and blend well.

Pour it back into the pan and allow to simmer an additional 10 minutes.
