Ingredients

1 ½ cups almond flour
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
½ cup splenda
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
3 tbsp sugar free vanilla pudding mix
2 tbsp melted coconut oil
2 eggs
¼ cup pumpkin puree
1 tsp vanilla

Directions

Mix flour, protein, Splenda, baking powder, salt, pie spice and pudding mix in one bowl.

Mix remaining ingredients in another bowl.

Slowly combine the wet and dry.

Fill your donut pan with the mixture (makes 6) and bake at 350F for 15 minutes.

Spray the donuts lightly with pam and roll in a Splenda and cinnamon mixture if desired.
