Ingredients

1 cup Greek yogurt
2 Scoops Vanilla protein powder
¼ cup almond milk
1 box sugar free vanilla pudding
2 tbsp maple syrup
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp pumpkin spice
¼ cup splenda
cup canned pumpkin

Whip all ingredients well with a mixer, until smooth and creamy.

Garnish with whip cream, chopped nuts or a sprinkle of cinnamon.
