Ingredients

16 oz diced chicken breast
½ cup broccoli florets
1 diced red bell pepper
1 diced red onion
1 cup 1 cup diced zucchini
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 tsp sesame oil
Sauce: 2 cloves of minced garlic 1 tsp minced ginger 3 tbsp lite soy sauce 3 tbsp Chili Sauce 3 tbsp hoison sauce (look for low sugar) ¾ cup water 1 tsp cornstarch Sesame seeds (optional)

Directions

Add your oil to a hot pan. Sear your chicken quickly (add salt and pepper). Remove it from the pan and do the same with your vegetables.

Remove them from the pan. Add all of your sauce ingredients (except cornstarch and water), to pan. Allow them to simmer for 3 minutes.

Make a slurry out of the starch and water. Add it to the sauce and cook until thick.

Toss all ingredients together and garnish with sesame seeds.
