Ingredients

3 red bell peppers, cut in half and seeded
1 ½ lbs diced chicken breasts
1 large chopped onion
1 cup salsa
1 cup corn
1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
1 cup cheddar cheese

Directions

Brown your chicken and onion in a pan until done.

Mix the chicken, beans, corn, onions, and salsa well and fill each pepper half with it.

Top with cheddar cheese and bake at 350F for 20 to 30 minutes.
