Ingredients

2 green peppers, large
1 lb ground turkey
1 medium onion, diced
½ cup oats
1 egg
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp steak seasoning
sugar-free ketchup

Directions

Cut the top and bottom off of your peppers and then slice them in half to make 2 large rings.

Mix together raw turkey, onion, oats, egg, garlic, and seasoning. Stuff the 4 pepper rings with the meat mixture.

Top with sugar-free ketchup.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes. Check to be sure the inside has reached a temperature of 165°F.

Serve with a side salad or other vegetable. Enjoy!
