Cook your garlic, chicken and onions in a little olive oil.
Add chicken stock and chiles, and alllow to simmer for 15 minutes.
Add cumin, salt and pepper.
Add 3 of the cans of beans, liquid and all.
Then puree the 4th can in the blender (we are using this as a thickner).
Allow your chilli to simmer until it is thick and delicious!
Garnish with sour cream, green onions, cheese or chives.
