Ingredients
1 cup oats
⅔ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
⅓ cup honey or truvia
½ cup natural almond butter
½ cup vanilla protein powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
⅓ cup white chocolate chips
pinch of salt

Add all of your ingredients to a bowl (except the white chocolate chips).

If your coconut is in bigger pieces, run it through the food processor.

Mix it all well with your hands.

Add white chocolate chips and mix well.

Form into 16 balls.
